I have always been around beautifully handmade items, since my mother is a professional dressmaker, however I have come to value the quality of it in the last couple of years, when I have developed my own skills to sew, knit and crochet…

“That’s the thing with handmade items. They still have the person’s mark on them, and when you hold them, you feel less alone.” Aimee Bender, The Color Master: Stories

From ordering until packaging

It is a long journey for me until you get your orders into your hands. At Minty Moon, I am carefully selecting every single fabrics, ordering samples, looking closely its “ingredients” and qualities as I aim to work mostly with natural fabrics such as cotton, linnen, viscose. From time to time, I am also ordering so called “dead stock” fabrics, which would have most likely about to end up in landfill.

Why choose Handmade ?
  • Better quality fabrics
  • You can up-cycle your own clothes
  • Exclusieve style and design
  • The manufacturing process is eco-friendly
  • Transparency
  • Environment conscious packaging and labelling

I do all the phases of constructing your garment all alone which involves: purchasing the patterns from small businesses (mostly also mums with families), adjusting pattern pieces if necessary, cutting, sewing, labelling, packaging then sending your garment to your way.

I do all this with pleasure, but it also costs me a huge amount time and energy, still I am trying to keep most of my product prices on a payable level. They are certainly not the cheapest what you can find on the market, but I can definitely vouch for their exceptional quality.
